Physical health transformed my mental health and saved my life.
After struggling with severe mental health issues, I discovered how movement and nutrition can completely change how you feel. That's why I became a coach.
I went from 9 stone to 13 stone of functional muscle while running half marathons. As someone who naturally burns more calories, gaining weight taught me that every body is different and needs a personalized approach.
